DOTHEbreathWORK

Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

DOTHEbreathWORK is the conscious connected breathwork practice of Heidi Pancake, based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you request a session through the booking form, we receive:

If you email us directly or ask to hear about studio dates, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Wix also collects basic visitor statistics for us, such as which pages are viewed, and may show a cookie-consent notice. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your waiver and health information

Before your first session, you sign our liability waiver online. The waiver collects your name, email address, the session and date, an emergency contact, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, your acknowledgment of the health considerations for breathwork, and your typed signature and date.

If you share health information with us, on the waiver, in a message or in person, we use it only to keep your session safe and suited to you. We keep it confidential and never share it with anyone else unless the law requires it. We contact your emergency contact only if we need to during a session.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm and schedule your session, to answer your questions, to let you know about studio dates when you ask us to, and to invoice sessions you book. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who handles it on our behalf

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Studio sessions

Seats for public sessions at partner studios are booked directly through the hosting studio. Information you give the studio is handled under that studio's own privacy policy.

Instagram

Our Instagram link takes you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. Anything you share with us there is handled under Instagram's terms.

Cookies and local storage

The booking and waiver forms use your browser's local storage to hold a temporary, anonymous visitor token so your request can be sent securely. It does not identify you and is not used for tracking. Our hosting provider, Wix, may set cookies needed to run and secure the site and to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and client information for as long as we need it to schedule and provide sessions and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, except where we must keep a signed waiver for legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@dothebreathwork.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. California residents have rights under California law, and we honor these requests regardless of where you live. Your browser's "Do Not Track" signal does not change anything here, because we do not track visitors across sites.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
